Show blanding column by marge lyman church architect here hee edward C anderson architect for the L D S church spent several days in blanding last week in the interest of a church building program A meeting was held to discuss plans for a health center as well as for a building site etc for a chapel for the grayson ward bro anderson also inspected c 1 the remodeling which is being done in the blanding ward chapel cadet nurse home for visit mr and mrs haium T black were delighted to have their daughter cherril home last week for a visit cherril is a cadet nurse I 1 finishing her second years training in in the salt lake general hospital and is very much in love 1 with w ith her work on july 27 she was married in seattle to robert W sherwood a medical student of portland following a honeymoon in canada er e h went back to finish training cherril che hopes to be transferred from salt lake city the first of the year and finish her training in oregon where she can be with her husband it C imars mrs gladys lyman visits her children mr and mrs oatis and mr and mrs flandro are guests mr and mrs tim mccoy at indian creek the above named will be remembered as the three children of mrs gladys lyman oatis iris and elda mrs lyman spent i most enjoyable week with them at the indian creek cattle ranch it is the first time in four years that they have all been together in the meantime oatis and the sons in law have served in the th U S army guide returns home lynn lyman has just returned home from a three weeks trip as guide and companion to P W tomki ns of san francisco this is the fifth time that lynn has had the pleasure of going on a sight seeing picture taking excursion with this venerable gentleman the trip just completed included glenwood springs ouray mesa verde and telluride mr tomkins first came to utah in 1930 and since 1933 has come twice a year he says that utah is his favorite state |
