| Show town buys land for city dump A city dumping ground has been secured as result of the purchase of a piece of ground by the town board it is located a short distance from the main highway south of town and a road leading to it has just been made it may also be i 1 cached by going up the old road a short distance where refuse and rubbish can be thrown into the draw just east of the cut where it will be well out of sight A marker is being prepared angwill and will be set on the highway to mark the turnoff turn off to the dumping ground A spring cleanup clean up is now getting under way and some folks are busy cleaning their premises of ashes and other rubbish that collected during the winter they are to be commended for making an early sart and it is hoped that many others will follow their example in the near future if possible a day will he be set for the collection of rubbish and in the meantime the town board urges all citizens to continue a cleanup clean up campaign through chairman wilford frost a word of appreciation is extended to all who will cooper co oper ate in this effort |
