Show 2 LEGISLATIVE MATTERS GIVEN KIWANIS Dilworth Woolley and Lee Dale-bout Dale-bout were guest speakers at the Sugar House Kiwanis luncheon Tuesday. The two discussed the new constitutional con-stitutional amendment on the reapportionment, re-apportionment, giving pro and con sides on the subject. They were introduced by Wood Worsely, president. The group met at the Sir Lester with 65 members and guests attending. Worsley, who conducted the meeting, announced the annual peanut sales day will be Saturday, September 25 in Sugar House. The funds from the sale will provide activitiy projects for children. Near completion is the Hogle Zoo project which the members of the Sugar House Kiwanis have undertaken. Construction of a secondary entrance en-trance to the zoo and water-falls and lily pond will be completed within a few weeks. The work has been done by tre club members. |
