Show CENTER TO GET 2 TRAFFIC SEMAPHORES The Sugar House shopping center cen-ter is to get some traffic control on both Highland Drive and 13th East at Simpson avenue. This was assured this week when preliminary surveys were made preparitory to stringing the semaphores sema-phores between the existing poles in both vicinities. Gus Papanikolas and a group of tenante met with City Commissioner Commis-sioner Lyle B. Nichols and Traffic Safety Engineer Sam Taylor and requested the controls.
