Show DO'i'lA JEAN SPRINGER MARRIED TO DAVID BLAIR ALLEN their home for the summer and in the fall will travel to Palo Alto, Calif., where Mr. Allen will enter the Stanford University Law school. Honeymooning in Colorado Springs are the just weds Mr. and Mrs. David Blair Allen after wedding wed-ding vows recited Thursday evening eve-ning in the Skaggs Memorial Chapel. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Springer, 1537 Yale Ave., and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Allen, Hyrum. The bride, the former Donna Jean Springer, was lovely in a gown of nylon embroidered tulle, fashioned with a bouffant skirt, enhanced with a panel of pleated nylon tulle that fell from a pointed point-ed waistline and fitted bodice. The cap sleeves and the V-shaped neckline were delicately scalloped. Her waistlength bridal veil of illusion il-lusion was held in place with a tiara of seed pearls'. She carried a bouquet of lily-of-the-valley, centered with a white orchid. An altar banked with white gladioli, carnations and stocks formed the background for the bridal party during candlelight, double ring ceremonies. She was given in marriage by her father. Attending the bride were Miss Cynthia Ross, maid of honor; Miss Katherine Springer, sister of the bride; Miss Dorothy Allen, sister of the bridegroom; Miss Janet En-gar, En-gar, Miss Jeannie Maack, bridesmaids, brides-maids, junior brides maid was Miss Susan Springer, sister of the bride. They wore sister dresses of pink brocaded satin with long torso lines and pleated ballerina length skirts. Their headpiecse were of the same material. Martin Haslam was best man, and ushers were Jerry Butler, Larry Peterson, Gordon Elliott and Don Clawson. For her daughter's wedding Mrs. Springer chose a gown of toast lace underscored with mauve taffeta. taf-feta. She wore a matching lace hat and a corsage of brown cym-bidium cym-bidium orchids. Mrs. Allen, mother of the bridegroom wore a dusty rose lace with matching accessories and lavender cymbidium orchids. Soloist was Miss Adrienne Harrow. Har-row. Following the ceremony the newlyweds greeted guests at a reception in the parlors of the church. For traveling the new Mrs. Allen Al-len selected a gray suit with white accessories.
