Ahearn, being first duly sworn deposes and says that he is Owner and Operator of INTER-' WETERN ENGINEERING LABORATORIES LABO-RATORIES located and doing business busi-ness in Salt Lake City, Utah; that said Jack M. Ahearn is the exclusive ex-clusive owner of the trade name, mark and-or device described herein, here-in, and is in use by him in the business of Civil Engineering and Photogrammetry. He claims said trade name, mark and-or device is the same under which goods or merchandise are manufactured, prepared, handled, sold or distributed dis-tributed by him. Jack M.
