Stringfellow (R.Utah) (R.-Utah) recently prepared a special radio broadcast with Mr. W. A. Boyle (center), special assistant to UMW President John L. Lewis. Congressman Stringfellow Is the sponsor of legislation which would require the Federal Power Commission to prohibit the importation of Canadian gas and other foreign fuels, whenever such imports would displace U. S. workingmen. At right Is Mr. Robert E. lee, general counsel for the National Coal Association, who also appeared with Stringfellow and Boyle as witflesies before a congressional committee considering the Utah legislator's bill aimed at helping western miners. |
