Show SUMMER PLAY PROGRAM SET Reed Walker, recreational director di-rector at the Holladay park, announced an-nounced the following summer schedule. Special lessons will be given on four-hole pitch and putt course on Fridays at 1 p. m. for junior and senior high students. A life saving course will begin June 29 for Scouts working on life saving merit badges and those interested in-terested in earning junior and senior Red Cross certificates. Mondays and Fridays at 6 p.m. Walker will be at the park to begin be-gin horse shoe games, for which he has set up two courts. He hopes to have enough turn out for horse shoes to warrant competitive games. Swimming instructions are under the supervision of Josephine Omer. Mrs. Agnes Knapton is instructor for arts and crafts and Mrs. Donna Meier has the dance program. The recreational program is under un-der the county recreation department depart-ment and will contnue until August Au-gust 15. . |
