Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 86-11 Please be advised that the Bountiful Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing hear-ing TUESDAY, July 8, 1986 at 7:30 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Confer-ence Room, Bountifiul City Hall, 790 So. 100 E., Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine de-termine the interest in and ascertain the advisability advi-sability of approving or disapproving the following fol-lowing variance to the zoning ordinance: Permission to construct a 26' x 32' garage with a front yard setback of 23' 11". Zoning ordinance ordi-nance requires a front yard setbak of Thirty (30) feet The property is owned by Mr. and Mrs. James D. Richardson and is located at 1033 East 250 North, Bountiful. Boun-tiful. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal. If you cannot attend please feel free to express ex-press your, opinion in writing or by agent or attorney. If you know of any affected property proper-ty owner who has not received a notice of this hearing, would you please advise them of this meeting.
