Of course you've laid your groundwork ahead of time with diligent work throughout the year . . . but exam time naturally calls for more concentrated effort, which sometimes results in nerve fatigue, tense muscles and eyes that looked strained. Since you'll want to be t your best during finals, we suggest this formula for studying. Find a quiet place, with everything ev-erything you need at hand. Concentrate Con-centrate on the task at hand . . . resist all day-dreaming and pencil-chewing . . . then, occasionally occa-sionally take time off for a cup of something hot to drink and a period of relaxation.
