Show Garfield Sets 'Back to School' Parents and teachers of Garfield Gar-field School wil observe "Back to School Night" November 3 at 7:30 p.m. at the school, 1838 South Fifteenth East Presentation Presenta-tion of colors will be by the Cub Scouts. Guest speaker will be Mr. Arthur Ar-thur E. Arnason, director of research re-search for the Salt Lake City Board of Education. He will talk on "Our Responsibility and Opportunity Op-portunity In the Selection of a High School Site." Choral and vocal selections will be presented by the Garfield Gar-field sixth grade. New chairmen of the 1950-51 school year will be introduced. They are Mrs. Arvil L. Stark, president; Mrs. Fred T. Mathews, Math-ews, first vice president; Mr. Mark C. Lloyd, second vice president; Mrs. W. D. Brimhall, third vice president; Mrs. Howard How-ard Williams, treasurer; Mrs. Richard H. Child, secretary; Mrs. John Bates and Ml S. Burdett, summer round-up;Mrs. L.S.Jensen, L.S.Jen-sen, membership; Mrs. James I. Mcintosh, magazine; Mrs. Joseph Jo-seph B. Wells, safety; Mrs. W. H. Pingree, historian; Mrs. Charles A. Bement, publicity; Mrs. Richard Snow, hospitality; Mrs. Wm. Morse Ruckenbrod, co-chairman; Mrs. Clyde Fur-ner, Fur-ner, parent education; Mrs. Edwin Ed-win O.
