Show Orphanage Mansion to Be Remodeled for Housing An orphanage, a tourist camp replica of a Danish village, an old southern mansion, and an armory are among the buildings which have been leased by the government for remodeling into family dwelling units for war workers under the conversion con-version program of the National Housing agency's Home Use service, NHA Administrator John B. Bland-ford Bland-ford Jr. reported. He said that leases signed up to March 1 would provide more than 1,300 additional living units for war workers and their families and that several thousand units were at the leasing stage, with only a few minor details to be worked out |
