Bubble Gum and Balloons Doughnuts and cider will be the evening's staples in the food department. Bubble gum and balloons will also be given to the party-goers. Holladay Lady Lions will assist in the preparations. prepa-rations. Committee assistants to Mr. Archer are Roy Hobbs, Charles C'ottrell, Webb Richards and W. V. Bentley. Radio and sound equipment is being furnished by Melvin Wright. Holladay kids are in for a a treat again this year when the civic-minded Lions play host to an estimated 1500 youths on Hallowe'en eve, Saturday at 7:30 p.m. For the second year, the Lions are staging a huge bonfire, bon-fire, complete with vaudeville act, community singing and candy and eats for everyone. Purpose "Our purpose in putting on the party is to centralize the children," Don Archer, Lions Club Boys and Girls committee chairman, stated. "We don't like the idea of kids turning the holiday holi-day into a 'bumming' and mis-cbief-making spree. This party is a lot of fun for them . . . and for us . . . and it keeps them off the street. Last year there was only one store window in Holladay soaped." He added that there was virtually no property prop-erty damage done in the community com-munity last Hallowe'en.
