Show Henry Millers Feted at 50th Anniversary Henry and Marie Fetzer Miller Mill-er of 2541 Highland Drive, will observe their golden wedding anniversary with a reception at their home, Sunday, Feb. 1, for all relatives, neighbors and friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Mr. and Mrs. Miller were married Feb. 1, 1898 at Eich-6taett Eich-6taett Germany. They both joined the L. D. S. Church the following year in Munich. From that time until the year 1902 when ther emigrated to Utah, 0 their home was the home of L. D. S. missionaries. Mission to Germany Shortly after coming to Salt Lake they were remarried in the Salt Lake Temple. From 1922 to 1925 Mr. Miller served on an L. D. S. mission to Germany. Ger-many. Mr. and Mrs. Miller have three children, Henry Miller Jr. of Salt Lake, Mrs. Rose Elizabeth White of New York City and Miss Charlotte Louise Miller of Washington, D. C. They also have three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Ketired in 1945 Mr. Miller was employed at the Salt Lake Cabinet and & Fixture Company from 1908 until 1945, at which time he retired. re-tired. Mrs. Miller has been connected with the Salt Lake . Cabinet and Fixture Company V since 1913 and holds the position posi-tion of secretary-treasurer. Mr. Miller is active in the high priests' quorum In the Highland Park Ward. Mrs. Miller was active many years in Sunday School work and the ward choir. She also was a member of the Tabernacle Choir for 26 years. |
