Show Flora Culture Club Installs New Officers TEA, FLOWER AND HOBBY SHOW FOLLOWS CEREMONIES ' I The Flora Culture Garden club entertained Monday at the Art Bam. Stratford Strat-ford aie past presidents. Mrs. H. W. Brewer installed the newly elected officers. Mrs. G. B. Kendall is the president, other officers are Mrs. o . C. Leaver, first vice-president, Mrs. Leo Eager, second vice-president, Mrs. E. Runnel Cayton secretary, Mrs. Otto Buehner, corresponding secretary,, Mrs. George G. Wood, treasurer, Mrs. Wilbur C. Parkinson, Park-inson, historian. The directors are j R. Thayne and Mrs. L. H. Strat-j Strat-j Mrs. Cleo Shipp, Mrs. Kenneth ford. j A flower show under the direc-J direc-J Von of Mrs. Cleo Shipp and Mrs. j Kenneth Ft. Thayne and an hobby J show directed by Mrs. Leo Eager ! followed the ceremonies. There were many lovely exhibits of iris, lilacs, tuplips and other spring flowers. Hobbies displayed were needle work, china painting, scarpbooks, lilies, tulips and other spring of insects an china. A tea followed. Mrs. J. A. . rota-son, rota-son, chairman was assisted by Mrs. Eiwin Lowry, Mrs. J. D. Stephens, Mrs. Heber J. Player and Mrs. Jed Ashton. Mrs. M. O. Ashton and Mrs. Claude L. Shields presided at the tea table. Mrs. J. D. Campbell was general gener-al chairman. 1 |
