Show BROTHERS MEET UNEXPECTEDLY ON FURLOUGHS A surprisingly good time was had recently at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. K. Wiseman, 4629 State Street, with their Army and Navy sons furnishing the sur-prise. sur-prise. The boys, Sherman Wiseman, Wise-man, P.F.C., of Fort Leanardwood. Mo., and Max Wiseman, Yeoman 3rd Class, of San of Diego, Calif, met unexpectedly at the home of their ' parents, after being apart over two yeers. Sherman came home first, very happy with a ten-day furlough, and it was the next day that Max walked in proudly showing his ten-day leave. The boys thought the surprise visits were the "best ever," and thier parents were proud and glad to have both their boys at the same time. Max was a student at the "U" before going into the Navy, and while he was home he was given a very peasant reminder of those old school days, when a number of his former classmates honored , him at a dinner at his old Fra- ternity house. Mr. C. K. Wiseman is very well known in Sugar House, having been connected with the Sterling Furniture Company for many years. - |
