Show Like History Fashion Repeats Itself Are big skirts and bustles about to make a comeback? It's about time thty did, say fashion experts working on a collection collec-tion of historical cotton costumes that will be presented in a spectacular show in Vienna this fall. The costumes indicate that feminine fashions have been repeating themselves in 50-year 50-year cycles. If this trend continues, the next few years should see a return to the big-skirted look of the mid-18th and mid-19th mid-19th Centuries.
