Ralph Gunn and Paul Johnson are the directors. LIONS CLUB OF SUGAR HOUSE On Monday, November 2nd, the Sugar House Lions Club met at Wrights, 1355 Foothill Drive, at 7:00 p.m. John E. Swanger, district dis-trict governor, spoke on the importance im-portance of participating in the work of Lionism. Lions and their Ladies are looking forward to the Monday, November 16th evening when they will be addressed at their meeting by Governor Clyde. Service Clubs KIWANIS CLUB OF SUGAR HOUSE Kiwanis Club of Sugar House held its luncheon meeting at Har-man's Har-man's Cafe on November 3rd. The speaker for the meeting was i Mr. Dorsey Hagar, consulting petroleum, pet-roleum, and mining geologist of, Salt Lake City. Mr. Hagar spoke on the composition of the avalanche at Hebgen Dam at the time of the August 17th temblor. He showed colored slides taken shortly after the quake. Mr. Hagar made a trip to the Yellowstone area as it held such scientific interest for him and appraised the damage and geology relating to the quake. His topic for the speech was "The Yellowstone Earthquake-the Story of a Cataclysm. Chairman for the program was S. Richard Keddington, with Lloyd Davis as co-chairman. The committee com-mittee in charge was on agriculture agri-culture conservation. LaMontHunt gave the invocation. November 27th and 28th are the dates for the district training conference con-ference at Ogden. Newly elected officers of Kiwanis are expected to attend. S.
