If your children like you to dress up dolls, they'll probably like you to "dress up" a fudge recipe. By changing one or a few ingredientt you can have a new candy for your family. One caution! be sure to use the right amount of each new ingred-ient when you change a basic: fudge recipe. If you replace white sugar with brown sugar, omit the corn syrup or cream of tartar. By leaving out the chocolate and using brown in-stead of white sugar, you can make panocha from a basic fudge recipe. Evaporated milk or coffee cream will add needed richness when you drop chocolate from a recipe. To make peanut butter fudge, replace the chocolate with peanut butter. Use two tablespoons of eanut butter for each cup of sugar in the recipe. Add the peanut butter to the cooked fudge. Marshmallows or marshmallow creme increases smoothness and the total amount of fudge. After you remove the fudge from the heat add one cup of marshmallows to each two cups of sugar in the recipe.
