Show Tea Planned For Highland High PTA A get - acquainted "Ship of Friendship Tea" will be given Monday afternoon, January 14, at 3:30 in the library of the Highland High School for teachers, room-mothers room-mothers and invited guests of the PTA. Following through with the motif invited guests received "anchor" invitations. Place settings set-tings will be small boats at each plate and the main decoration for the table will be a colorful ship made of living flowers. After sociable comunity singing the program will be presented by students of the school's music department de-partment under the direction of Mr. Paul Christensen, and Glenn Slight. The Tea committee who have developed the novel theme and decorations are Mrs. John B. Lake, Mrs. L. B. Gebhardt and Mrs. Richard Wells. The social affair is under the direction di-rection of Dr. Fred Arbogast, principal, said Mrs. David E. Saley, Jr., president of the PTA. |
