Leo Kietlinscki, 1252 Capistrano dr., recently participated with the 512th Transportation Com-pany in Exercise Rocky Shoals, a joint Army-Nav- y maneuver held on the California coast. Kietlinski is regurlarjy as-signed as a longshoreman in the company at Camp Leroy Johnson, Louisiana. Army 2nd Lieutenant John C. Finlay, 28, son of Mrs. Mar-cel- la Finlay, 670 Garden View dr., recently participated with the 121st Signal Battalion in "Exercise Rocky Shoals," a joint Army-Nav- y maneuver held on the California coast. ; Lieutenant- - Finlay is regu- - Game License Good Thru April 15 With the calendar year of 1958 fast coming to a close, the department of fish and game today reminded sports-men to retain their fishing or combination license if they intend going afield on any of the year round or special whitefish waters prior to April 16, 1959. Department spokesmen noted that the license year does not coincide with the calendar year. By legislative regulation the fish and game license year begins on April 16 and comes to a close on the following April 15. Thus, the 1958 license issue must be visibly displayed on an outer garment whenever afield through April 15, 1959. The regular winter quarterly meetings of the Utah Fish and Game Commission was held on December 12. Major item up for considera-tion by the five-ma- n board was the setting of the 1959 angling regulations. Other policy items made up the da for the annual winter meeting. The meeting, as in the past, were conducted in department offices and were open to the public. Commissioners are W. Rulon White, Chairman; G. G. Sand-eerso- n; K. E. Bulloock; Robert B. Mitchell; and, Dr. Paul G. Stringham.
