| Show scout notes noes t on account of 0 the inclement weather last weekend week end many of the scout troops were unable to attend the spring camp orce at camp walkup however the troops from neola loka ioka and roosevelt went into camp and a great amount of work was accomplished scout tom commissioner missioner carl prior was in charge of 0 the camp court of honor for scouts of the roosevelt district was held sunday evening at the roosevelt chapel when the following boy scouts were given advancement david everett thatch er G grant rant fredrickson and ted allied were advanced to first class scouts and were awarded their badges and certificates merit badges were awarded to david in farm mechanics and leather craft everet thatcher received merit badges for handicraft and dairying tho nas taylor of randlett was advanced to first class scouts but due to the fact that the troop had not completed the registration in n the office of the g sos os council the award could not be made until the next court of honor is held program numbers were given by 7 thomas borcia taylor of randlett Rind lett and an instrumental quartet by ft duchesne troop ray E dillivan Dil linan director of the I 1 court of honor presided and made the awards the court of honor was scheduled to have been held at ballard ward but through some misunderstanding it was announced that the court had been postponed which made it necessary to bring the scouts to the i roosevelt ward at the last minute |
