Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 87-3Z Please be advised that the Bountiful City Council will hold a public hearing WEDNESDAY, Augusts, Au-gusts, 1987 at 7:45 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the City Council Chambers, Bountiful City Hall, 790 So. 100 E., Bountiful, Bounti-ful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine de-termine the interest in and ascertain the advisability advi-sability of approving or disapproving an amendment to the Bountiful Zoning Ordinance, Ordi-nance, to wit: Amend Title 14, Chapter 12.1, Section Sec-tion 205 "Standards of Design and Development" De-velopment" regarding regard-ing on-site distribution distribu-tion of landscaping by requiring that a minimum of 70 of the required land- scaped area shall be forward of the rear line of any building. Also, for multiple building development develop-ment and corner lots, landscape areas shall be oriented in such a manner as to give to the public street 70 proportional exposure as determined deter-mined by the Planning Plan-ning Commission. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal. If you cannot attend, please feel free to voice opinion in writing writ-ing or by agent or attorney. attor-ney.
