DEAN STEEL City Recorder Published in the Davis County Clipper on May 15, 1985 Issue No. 15 C-1S5 Published in the Weekly Week-ly Reflex on May 15 1985 Issue No. 15 R-56 NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions provi-sions of Section 11-14-21, Utah Code Annotated Anno-tated (1953), as amended, that on or about May 21, 1985, the City Council of Kaysville City, Davis County, Utah (the "Issuer") anticipates accepting the offer of Prudential-Bache Securities, Inc. of Salt Lake City, Utah to purchase the Issuer's Utility Systems Revenue Re-venue Bonds, Series 1985 in the principal amount of not to exceed ex-ceed $750,000 (the "Bonds") at a purchase purch-ase price of not less than 97 12 of par, plus accrued interest to the date of delivery. The Bonds are to be issued for the purpose of paying the costs of constructing that portion por-tion of a new City Hall to house water, sewer and electric utility operations, together with costs of issuance of the Bonds. The Bonds shall mature ma-ture within ten (10) years from the date of issue and will bear interest in-terest at a net effective rate of not to exceed 10 per annum. A copy of the Resolution Re-solution to be adopted on or about May 21, 1985, by the City Council of the Issuer authorizing the issuance and confirming confirm-ing the sale of the Bonds shall be placed on file in the office of the City Recorder of the Issuer in Kaysville, Utah, where it may be examined during regular regu-lar business hours of the City Recorder from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for a period of at least thirty (30) days from and after date of the publication of this notice.
