No. 1-Kay lode, the place ' of beginning. I Said lode mining claims are located lo-cated In the SWA Sec. 2; SEV4 Sec. 3; NE'4 See. 10 and NE'4 and NW4 Sec. 11, T. 4 S It. 3 W., S. L. Mer., and contain a net area of 93.100 acres, the areas in conflict with Sur. 4305 Forepaugh and White Star hwles, and Sur. 593.H-Kimnro 593.H-Kimnro lode, having been excluded. exclud-ed. Said claims are of record in the office of the County Recorder of Suit Lake County at Salt Lake City, Utah. The nearest known locations as shown by the official plat of survey sur-vey are the aforesaid excluded claims, and Sur. 5009-Mednlght Bell and Lelly lodes; Spr. 5938 Jap lode, and Sur. S940-Limbergb lode.
