Show Ioka Mrs. Bertha Angus Mrs. Violet Gentry Mr. and Mrs. Afton Johnson and family, of Richfield, Idaho, and Mrs. P. C. Johnson, of Roosevelt, Roose-velt, called on Mrs. Chas. Perci-val, Perci-val, Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Arden Drollinger were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Timothy, Saturday Sat-urday evening. Elmer Lemon, who has been confined to the Roosevelt hospital hos-pital for several days, is reported report-ed improved at this time. Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Lemon and Mr. and Mrs. James F. Lemon and family spent Sunday afternoon after-noon in Ft. Duchesne, the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Max Hartman. Mr. and Mrs. DeVere Dennis, of Vernal, were guests last week of Mrs. Dennis' parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Drollinger. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Zorko and children, of Ely, Nevada, spent Father's day with Mrs. Zorko's parents, Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Dart. Don Gentry, of Myton,, is helping his grandfather, W. G. Gentry, with the farm work this summer. Mrs. Garret Stone returned last week from Magna, where she has been visiting her father, Bruce Calder. Mr. and Mrs. A. Lidecker, nee Reva Mecham, and familv, of Oakland, California, visited last week with Mrs. Lidecker's mother, Mrs. Janie Mecham, and her brother, Roy Mecham. Mrs. Ardith Strong and Mrs. Pearl Workman, of Salt Lake City,, spent last week visiting their mother, Mrs. Allen Droll-'inger. Droll-'inger. Mr. and Mrs. DeVer Dennis and family, of Vernal, visited with Mrs. Dennis' parents Wed nesday enroute to California. Kenneth and Loren Benson are enjoying a vacation at the home of their parents ,Mr. and Mrs. Archie Benson. Kenneth and Loren have attended school at the University of Utah the past winter. Cheryl Drollinger was honored honor-ed with a party, Friday, celebrating celebrat-ing her 9th birthday anniversary.' Guests were present from Roosevelt Roos-evelt and Ioka. Special guests were Cheryl's two grandmothers, Mrs. Allen Drollinger and Mrs. George Searle, of Roosevelt. The M.I.A. Fireside Chat was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs Garrett Stone, Sunday night. Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Percival and children were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Percival Sunday. ' Ann Michie, class leader, took the following Seagull girls to visit the Dinoseur National Monument Mon-ument at Jensen last Friday: Eva Ames, Roene Lemon, Max-ine Max-ine Nelson, Nadine Fausett and LeRay Drollinger. They were accompanied by Ariel Michie. |
