WEST FIREMEN" ELECT OFFICERS Company 2 Chooses Officers At a rousing regular meeting of Fire Company No. 2, at their hall Tuesday evening, officers of-ficers were chosen to serve for the coming year as follows: John T. West, chief; Dewey Mayne, assistant Chief; Clarence Clar-ence (Hop) Lee, sec.-treas., Cab Buckles, chairman; Atha W. Lee, vice chairman and Burt Hocking, custodian. Dewey Dew-ey Mayne and Burt Hocking succeed themselves in their respective re-spective offices. Reports were made showing a full quota xf active members in the department,' and also maximum efficiency and almost al-most complete lack of loss by fire in the jurisdiction of this department during the past year. A very pleasant social session ses-sion was held following the regular meeting. |
