Show Awards Attest To Progress Made By lllhiterocks Scouts Uniformed Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts from the Whiterocks Indian school troop appeared before be-fore a Court of Honor. Tuesday evening to receive awards for their achievements in scouting. Eighteen scouts from Troop 248 and 26 Cub scouts were called by the Court of Honor to re-cciv2 re-cciv2 awards for their work. Scout and Cub leaders were also recognized for their having successfully directed a year of i scouting at Whiterocks. That j these leaders have performed the Basin's outstanding service to scouting during the year was evidenced Tuesday night by the public attendance at the Court of Honor, the appearance of a uniformed troop, and the interest in-terest the Scouts displayed in the ceremonies. Responsible for shaping the Boy Scout program at Whiterocks White-rocks are F. J. Chamberlin. Henry Hen-ry Wopsock and Wilbur Cuch, troop committeemen; The Rev. Joseph F. Hogben, scoutmaster; R. Taveapont and Alvin Duley, assistant scoutmasters; Roy Adams, Ad-ams, Rex Curry and Andrew Frank, pack committeemen; Margaret Mar-garet Anderson, Miss E. Jake, and " Miss V. Wimmcr, den mothers. Visitors at the Court of Honor Hon-or who took part in the award ceremonies were James Anderson, Ander-son, Price, field scout executive, and Robert Andrews, Roosevelt, scout leader. i i 1 Receiving Tenderfoot badges were Clifford Sirewop. Glen Co-tonuts, Co-tonuts, Larry John, John Adams, Robert Jim, Charles Chapoose, Robert Tapoof, Julius Sireech, Lafayette McCook and Delmar Cesspooch. These awards were made by Roy Adams. Advanced to Second Class Scouts and receiving their badges bad-ges were Harry Cotonuts, Chas. Redfoot, Leroy Nephi. James Ar-rats, Ar-rats, Jackie Redfoot, Wilson Taveapont, Tav-eapont, Almoh Johnson and Orson Or-son Tom. Presentation was made by the Rev. Hogben. Following a report by Miss Anderson on the achievements in Cub scouting, members of the four dens received awards of recognition from the den mothers assisted by Den Chiefs Harry Cotonuts, Charles Redfoot and Leroy Nephi. Receiving awards were: Bobcats Charles Shavanaux, Robert Jack, Rupert Redcap; Wolves Gilbert Gardner, Gerald Ger-ald Martinez, Larry Jack, Richard Rich-ard Burns, Gerald Grant. Adolph Bush, Chico Wissiup,' Phillip Nephi, Ne-phi, John Cotonuts; Bears Norman Nor-man Wero, Floyd McCook, Harold Har-old Groves, Nelson Cesspooch, Michael Hogben, Lynn Taveapont; Tavea-pont; Lions Victor Gardner, Clyde Tabee, Julian Redfoot, George Conetah, Lester Chapoose, Cha-poose, Vernon Jake, Mablin John, Austin Bullets, Jim Redcap.
