Show SUMMONS IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FOURTH JUDICAL DISTRICT DIS-TRICT OF THE STATE OF UTAH, IN AND FOR DUCHESNE DU-CHESNE COUNTY Willard A. Day, Plaintiff, -vs-Uintah Development company, A corporation, and Oscar Johnson, and Mrs. Oscar Johnson, whose other and true name is unknown to the plaintiff, and all other persons per-sons unknown, claiming any right title, estate, or interests to the real property described in the complaint, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought; otherwise within thirty days after af-ter service, and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgement will be rendered against you according ac-cording to the demands of the complaint which has been filed with the Clerk of the said court. This action is brought to recover a judgement quieting plaintiff's title to the following described land, to wit: The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; Section 8; Township 3 South; Range 1 West; Uintah Special Meridian.
