Show My ton City Council Retained October 5, 1943, a meeting was held in the church house a Myton for the purpose pf selecting candiates for city offices in 1944. Due to the fact that only five pepple attended it was apparent that they either lacked interest in their city government, or displayed a disposition dis-position to be satisfied with officials of-ficials then in office, who had from time to time been appointed ap-pointed by the council. It was deemed advisable at this time to curtail the, expense of an election elec-tion and on January 2, -1944 the following former members of the council were held over. Homer Robison was elected 4 year councilman in 1942, and has two more years to serve; George Funk, Stanley Nebeker, Ole Peterson, and Wm.
