Show Dieters warned on 'grazing? "Calories consumed while standing don't count." This could be the motto of the eighties, where everywhere people in pursuit of thinness seem to be "grazing" rather than eating real meals. This is one of many myths to be debunked in the Slim for Life course starting the week of April 4, sponsored by the American Heart Association, Utah 'Affiliate. "Finger foods like nachos or potato skins have a healthful image, im-age, but actually may be little different diffe-rent than the ever-present hamburger hambur-ger and fries," says Susan Ward, Heart Association dietitian. "Smaller households, varying family schedules and female careerism all contribute to no-time-to-cook," Ms. Ward continues.
