| Show Ordinance 57 AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF THE DEVICES OR APPARATUS WHICH INTERFERES WITH THE RECEPTION OR BY RADIO AND TELEVISION AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF DUCHESNE Electrical Disturbances and devices or apparatus which create electrical disturbances which cause interference with the reception or communication by or are hereby declared to be a Interference It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or cause to be operated in the City of Duchesne any equipment or but not limited electrical electrical radio broadcasting and receiving television broadcasting and receiving and other facilities which create or cause electrical high frequency oscillations or other electrical disturbances w h i c h interfere with the reception of radio broadcast signals and television broadcast signals beyond a radius of fifty feet from the device or facility which creates said Radio and Television The City Council shall appoint radio and television inspectors who shall have power to administer and enforce this Right to Enter Any member of the City Council and any radio and television inspector appointed under the authority herein upon presentation of his credentials or other evidence of have the right of access to any premises at any reasonable hour purpose of inspecting any apparatus or facilities coming within the terms of this ordinance to determine if such equipment or facility complies with or is in violation of the terms of this ordinance and it be unlawful for any person to interfere with any of said inspectors in making such Inspection or to refuse to allow any of said Inspectors to enter upon the premises for such Defective Equipment When an inspection or test made by any duly authorized radio and television inspector or member of the City Council discloses that apparatus or facilities coming within the terms of this ordinance create said electrical disturbances and interferences in violation of the terms of this the person |
