Show Sportsmen Set Up New Constitution Elect Seven Man Advisory Council Roosevelt sportsmen adopted a new constitution and set of bylaws to govern the Roosevelt Wildlife Federation at the annual meeting of the organization held Tuesday evening in the Commercial The by-laws which somewhat changed election procedure called for the election of an advisory or of seven men who will elect a vice-president and secretary-treasurer from their own group at their first regular monthly The procedure was molded after the constitution and by-laws of several of the more successful clubs throughout the state and succeeded in arousing more enthusiasm in the election than there has been for several The names ot 16 local sportsmen were nominated for the advisory board and winners were P. E. D. D. George W. L. Verland Nelson and Edgar Three Herbert Carl Hacking and tied for seventh place and it was decided that the board elect one of these three at the first regular j meeting to serve with |
