Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder bid-der on the 27th day of August, 1987 at Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by KAY M. LEWIS, Trustee, and FIRST SECURITY FINANCIAL, FINAN-CIAL, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by LEWIS L. WILLDEN and DOROTHY A. WILLDEN, WILL-DEN, as Trustors, and recorded November 26, 1985, as Entry No. 0719957 in Book 1063 at Page 461 , of the official offi-cial records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness indebted-ness in favor of said beneficiary be-neficiary by reason of certain obligations secured se-cured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded July 1, 1986, as Entry No. 0742543 in Book 1097 at Page 6 1 8 of said official offi-cial records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property located at 1568 East Cave Hollow Hol-low Way, Bountiful, Utah: All of Lot 33, MAPLE HILLS SUBDIVISION No. 2, Plat "B", a subdivision of part of Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, for the purpose of paying obligations secured se-cured by said Deed of Trust, including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon, and the unpaid principal of the'note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
