GIVEN that a special election will be held in rich county school district rich county state of utah on the day of march 1945 at which election there shall be submitted to the registered voters WAD who have paid a property tax within said district during the year next preceding such ele election the following question to wit shall the board of education of rich county school district rich county state of utah be authorized to issue and sell bonds of the district in the amount of thirty thousand dollars in denominations of one thousand dollars 1000 cl ea each bonds numbered one 1 to thirty 30 both inclusive clu cid elusive sive to bear interest at the rate of one and three quarters 1 3 4 per cent per annum said bonds to mature in numerical order five thousand dollars each year from one 1 to six 6 years from the date of the issue without ap option of prior payment for the purpose of raising money for purchasing school sites for building or purchasing one or more school houses and
