Here He walks among th Xephite people teaching them His gospel and organizing His church among them, that they might hear and obey all of His commandments. The pageant is under the direction of two ery capable men from Logan, Ctali, Harold I. Hanson and Carl Wood. Harold Hansen was formerly a graduate from Utah State Agricultural College in dramatics, before serv ing on a mission in the eastern states. The two year-- ' he was mere as a missionary lie had a big part in directing the pug, ant. This year he hats been invited to be with Carl Woo'd who has directed and assisted in directing many of the pageants held the Logan tabernacle, and at Palmyra. The cast of the pageant is made f uni one hundred sixty missionaries eallrd to eastern states missions. Of these one hundred sixty, there will he two local beys of Randolph now serving on missions here, who will have iwirts in lihe pageant. They are Elder Clayton Longhurst and Elder Dick Jackson. These conferences and pageants are j so looked forward too and" heralded, hat the missionaries and the Saints of this mission talk of happening events as btfere and after Palmyra Confer-- i nice. Not only has it created a great' deal (f interest among the Saints and missionaries but with the entire populace of this section. For several weeks prey ions ro the conference 'the news paper of this sections runs long col limns and even full pages of pictures and articles on the conference. Since the beginning of these confer-nces five years ago, I think that there is nothing that has broken down the prejudice to the Church of Jesus Christ and brought it inlo the eyes of the peo pie as has these events.
