OCR Text	Show mu y by br ACL L dorothy dx dix writer 1 barbecue chicken broil the chickens in the usual way and when they are dished pour over them this sauce melt two tablespoonfuls of butter in a saucepan add the same quantity of vinegar a teaspoonful of made mustard a strong dash of tobasco a teaspoonful of worcestershire ter shire sauce a teaspoonful of sugar a of salt and half as much pepper blend all together heat to a boil and pour over the chickens let stand for five minutes before serving service
