Elizabeth Brawn Norris, widow of .Reuben Norris, died at her home, 431 32nd St. Ogden, Utah, after a illness. ' She was bom in" Glascow, Scotland, a daughter of James and Elizabeth Given Brown. Her parents joined the L. I). S. church in their native land. Mrs. Norris was baptised in the river Clyde, and came to Utah in 1871 with her parents. They made their home in Randolph. ' Mrs. Norris was married to Reuben Norris, March 14, 1879. They received their endowments in the old Endowment House of Salt Lake City in August of the same year. They lived in Randolph until 1914 when they moved to Ogden, Utah. She was the mother of thirteen children, seven boys and six girls, and is survived by two brothers, James Brown of ElPaso, 'Texas, and Alex Brown of Ogden Utah, and the fol-- : lowing children : Mrs. Matilda Jones and Mrs. Ron Nebeker of Randolph, Utah; James Norris, John A. Norris, and Mrs. Cylde Brewer of Ogden; R. Henry Norris, Alfred Norri4, and Mrs. John A. Burton Earley, 65, were held in the Round Valley school house, Wednesday, Feb. 25, 1931. Bishop George H. Robinson presided and conducted the services. Invocation offered by brother John N. Lambron. The speakers were Bishop Geio. H. Robinson, Joseph Irwin and John A. Earley, all of whom spoke words of comfort to the bereaved and also spoke highly of the life and character of the deceased. Music was furnished by a male quartett of the Lake-tow- n choir, comprising Heber C. Robinson, Albert R. Weston, N. Oliver Wahlstrom and Ernest W. The deceased was formerly a resident of Round Valley having spent a large portion of Us earlier life in that village until bout 20 yei.-- s when he moved to Cache Valley and Idaho. For the past few years he had been afflicted with brights disease and returned here In the fall of 1930. The suffering became worse until Sunday Feb. 22, when he died.He is survived by his wife, also two brothers, Lehi N., Laketown and Ammon, Preston, Idaho.
