| Show judging teams from R H S in contests at ogden six members of the richfield chapter of future farmers of america under supervision of john R adams adama vocational agriculture instructor at the richfield high schoot school made a trip to ogden to participate part cipale in the judging contests held last week in connection with the ogden livestock show three teams participated a stock judging team composed of odean anderson ray dastrup and lane barron banon ban on a crop judging team made up of phelon malouf G gt grant t christensen and clinton nielson n and a poultry judging team consisting of grant christensen Christen aen and clinton nielson these teams placed quite well in the contests against the competition of teams from high schools all over utah central idaho and a few places in colorado and wyoming grant christensen placed third among the contestants in poultry judging the stock and poultry teams placed ninth and tenth respectively the boys enjoyed the trip to ogden and express praise for both the educational and the recreational features of their journey |
