| Show NOTED TO ST BY CLUB effig P T k dr woodward professor at B Y U will discuss far east question dr H M woodward will lecture thursday december 8 at 8 p m under the auspices of the richfield study club and the PT P T A at the high school auditorium to which the adult public is most cordially invited it is a privilege to be given the opportunity to hear a man as well informed as dr woodward on the much discussed far east question dr woodward is the dean of the summer session at the B Y U as well as aa professor of philosophy of education he will discuss the events leading up tip to the trouble between japan and china in manchuria in which districts he spent a year studying the problems of the far east for a number of years dr woodward made a study of all these problems he attended the institute of international relations dealing with the far east situation the study club and the PT P T A who are sponsoring the program are desirous of giving the public a real treat in being able to present dr woodward at this time vocal solos by mrs helen poulson and a string trio tho R composed of mr and mrs airs J G hilgendorff and M L done will complete the program the club of monroe has been invited to be guests of the study club to hear dr woodward |
