Show IS 1110 TO HEST IN mrs joseph L hooton passes away after having been sick but one day funeral services were held sunday afternoon for mrs amelia jensen hooton wife of jos L hooton of central who died thursday evening at the home following a short illness of only about 24 hours counselor christian sorensen conducted the services jos L staples of elsinore jos H jensen of monroe and claud hawley of central eulogized the life of the deceased mr hawley spoke of her motherly disposition mr jensen remarked of the early acquaintance of his family with the parents parent of mrs hooton since their early life in sweden and of the pioneering and hardships in assisting to settle this county music alusic was furnished by the ward choir the opening prayer was given by lewis jensen of richfield the benediction was offered by P M lundgreen of monroe then the body was taken to its last resting place in the richfield cemetery where all that is left of a noble wife and mother was given back to mother earth from whence it came mrs amelia hooton was 62 years of age she has lived nearly all of her married life at central she married jos L Hooton and to them were given four sons raynor and walter hooton of los angeles ephraim and earl of central others who survive are 13 grand children a sister mrs mary hansen of richfield a brother jos jensen of elsinore and half sisters and brothers mrs emma jarvis of santaquin San mrs annie dennis of marysvale Marys vale mrs lilly isbell mrs airs geo bulow george and chas cha jensen all of richfield and john jensen of salt lake the husband and sons wish to offer their appreciation and thanks to the many friends who in any way assisted during the illness and laying away of their beloved wife and mother |
