Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, May 1, 1928. NOTICE is hereby given that the Big Springs Power Company, Assignee of the Big Springs Electric Company, whose principal place of business is Fountain Green, Utah, has made appli-jation appli-jation in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917. as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate a c. f. s. of water from Big Springs in Sanpete County, Utah. Said water Is to be diverted at a point which bears S. 86 deg. W. 3700 ft. from the NW cor. of Sec.l, T. 14 S., R. 2 E., S. L. B. & M. into an ekualizing reservoir, the center of the impounding dam of which is S. 36 deg. W. 3635 ft. from the NW cor. of said Sec. 1. Said water is to be stored daily from Nov. 1 to Dec. 1 of eacn year, and from Mar. 20 to May 1 of each year following, and conveyed in a pipe line a distance of approx. 6558 ft. and there used from Nov. 1 to Dec. 1 of each year, and from Mar. 20 to May of each following, to produce power for electric lighting and propelling machinery in Sanpete, Juab and Sevier Counties. After having been so used the water will be discharged into a second proposed pro-posed equalizing reservoir the center of the impounding dam of which bears N. 74 deg. 30 min. E. 340 ft. from the N'4 cor. of Sec. 1 of aforesaid T. Sc R. from where it will be distributed as heretofore to the users of irrigation water after being equalized by the two proposed equalizing reservoirs. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10212. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dupli-cate, accompanied with a fee of $1J30, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
