Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, October, 24, 1928. NOTICE is hereby given that Burns Cox, whose post office address is Fair-view, Fair-view, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate 2 c.f.s. of water from Spring Creek in SanPete County. Utah. Said water is to be diverted di-verted by means of dams across the natural channel at the following points: No. 1, 2085 ft. S. and 156 ft. W., No. 2, 2079 ft. S. and 306 ft. W., No. 3, 1984 ft. S. and 397 ft. W. all points being described from the NE cor. of Sec. 11, T. 14 S., R. 4 E., S.L.B. and M. where it will be used in ponds during the entire year for fish culture. After having been so used the water is to be returned to the natural channel at a point which bears 1984 ft. S. and 400 ft. W. from the NE cor. said Sec. 11. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10478. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dupli-cate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty '30) days after the completion of the publication of this nonce.
