Show Beef Cattle Grading Grad-ing Demonstrations Demonstra-tions Oct. 25th Cattle men of Sanpete County will have the opportunity to witness some Beef Cattle Demonstrations next Thursday, October the 25th. The first one to be given at the corral of Will Frandsen at Mt. Pleasant at 9:30 A. M. to which all of the north end of the county will be invited and urged to attend, and the second one at the corral of Andrew Miller north of th? Temple at Manti, at 1:30 P. M.. to which the cattlemen of the south end of the county will be expected to attend and the same evening at 8 p. m. their will be a general meeting for the public at the Gunnison Valley High School Building for the cattlemen of the Gunnison Valley. Dr. J. K. Wallace Marketing Specialist Special-ist with the Bureau of Agricultural Economics, Ec-onomics, U. S. Dept of Agriculture, Washington, D. C. and .Ur. K. C. lke-Icr lke-Icr Dean of the School of Agriculture of the Utah Agricultural College, will be here to conduct the demonstrations and speak at the meeting. Dr. Wallace has had years of experience at the Stock Yards and with the Lepartment in the marketing of livestock. The demonstrations and talks will be on giading, preparation for and actual marketing of beef and lambs, and will be worth many dollars to the livestock feeders who hear him. At both the Frandsen corral at Mt. Pleasant and the Miller yard. at Manti facilities will be had for actual sorting and grading the cattle. At least fifty head of livestock will be used in the demonstration. In other locahUts in h? state men who h.w2 traveled as far as 30 miles to see the demonstration have" felt well paid tor their time and expense. Livestock rien are urged to cooperate in providing transportation.
