Show Sanpete Commission Announces Tax Levy The Sanpete county commissioners commis-sioners present the tax levies of the county as follows: The county levy 6.1 mills, a de crease of .9 of a mill over last year The county general fund is 18- poor fund, .5; fair fund, .1; old age fund, .1; widowed moth- Tiie countv road fund is 1.5 mills as compared with 1.8 mills for last year; interest and redemption re-demption of road bonds, 1.7 mills, or .6 of a mill lower than last year. The assessed valuation of Sanpete San-pete county is $12,389,597. The county taxes this year will be approximately ap-proximately $75,600, as compared with $91,450 for 1930. The levy for the state vena fund is 2.6 mills; last year it was 17 mills The increase ie due to the extensive road program bpir.g carried out in this county. The levy fcr the North Sanpete, school district is 13.7 mills The levy for the South Sanpete district dis-trict is 10.8 mills. The special bounty tax on sheep and goats at 5 mills; range horses and cattle, 2 mills; and the special spec-ial tubercular indemnity tax on Idometic cattle at 3 mills, remsnn the same as last year.
