Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, September 6, 1929. NOTICE is hereby given that A. C. Candland, whose post office address is Mount Pleasant, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive to appropriate appro-priate 10 c.f.s. of water from Pleasant Creek in Sanpete County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears 5403 ft. E. and 465 ft. S. from the W cor. of Sec. 5, T. 15 S.. R. 5 E., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed by means of a pips a distance or 6280 ft. where it will be used during the entire en-tire year for producing power to be used for electric lighting and propelling propel-ling machinery at Mt. Pleasant, Utah. After having been so used the watei is to be returned to the natural channel chan-nel at a point which bears 751 ft. N. from the W'i cor. of said Sec. 5. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10712. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
