Show FAIR VIEW The- following program will be given at the Old folks party, to be held in the High school gym. September, Sept-ember, 10. The old folks will be taken in automobiles, The program will be as follows: community singing, sing-ing, Prayer, Speech of welcome, by George F. Olsen. A hot dinner will be served, Music and (oasts during the dinner hour, Reading, by Jessie Sundwall, Violin solo, L. P. Brady accompanied by Stanley B.rady on the piano. Reading Mrs. Preston Stewart Male quartette by Bishop N. Pete.r Neilson and company. Short talk by Bishop Graham. Duet by Bishop James Peterson and company of Oak ville. Laughs from life, by Mrs. Frank Cox. Vocal solo by Floyd Young. Comic stunts by Mrs. Ber1. Tucker Games and stunts will follow the program. All over 60 years of age from both Fairview wards Oakville and Milburn will be honored guests. A carload of Holstein cows was shipped from Fairview Thursday purchased by Allen Lindsay for Anderson and Kirk of Haines, California. Calif-ornia. They weire cows 7-8 and 0 years old. The price paid averaged about $100. each. There were 26 large cows in the carload. Vetrenar-ian Vetrenar-ian Ed. Thorp of Ephraim tested the cows for tubercolosis and found them all free from disease. Mr. and Mrs. Willie Garlic and family of Price were Fairview visitors visit-ors the pas'- ten days. M-' Peter Carlston of Salt Lake is visiting at B'airview. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Edward Thorpe of Ephraim visited Mr. and Mrs. A. U. Miner on Thursday. |
