But there is more' to be done. Some yet seem to have not responded to "The Call." WE' CANT GO FORWARD BY LOOKING I BACKWARD. What ar0 YOU go-" ing to do about it? Now, If ever. Is the time when we should keep our prldo about us and show the rest of the cities in our class the kind of citi-' zens Xtt. Pleasant has. This takes loyal work on the part of every-ono. Read the followng rules again: (1) Remove all rubbish from cellar and back yard, (2)Prov(d.o for adequate ade-quate drainage for yards and alleys. (31FI1I up all holes and low places.
