Those injured arc: Francis Evans, 18 of 433 I street; Shirley E. ilekson, 21 and Gertrude Eriek-on, 18, both daughters daugh-ters of J. C. Ericksen, of Mt. Pleas-' ant. The two Erickson girls wore riding north on E street with three other occupants of the car 'who escape injury, in-jury, besides the driver, Mobury Hardy. 34S L street, Evans the police po-lice say, va, driving west on Sixth avenue at a 'rapid pace. Police OffVor Thomas rv.- os. n Investigated, said tire tricks indicated indica-ted that the Evans car skid-led about eight-five feet before it overturned. Evans was taken to the L. D. S. hospital, hos-pital, where his injuries are said to consist of cuts and brtniises. The two girls were rushed to the emergency hospital for first aid treatment. Their condition is not serious, attendants said Sunday night. |
