The third quarter found Richfield fighting hard and the local lads failed to register a first down. The play .vee sawed back and forth on the Middle of the field whth neithei teaun making much gain. The injection of Owens, regular Academy quarter, into the fray in the final period, inspired the Orange t nd Black eleven to do their best playing of the game.
